At Gila Prints, each item is made to order just for you. This allows us to reduce waste and ensure quality, but it also means shipping timelines differ slightly from mass-produced products.

Order Processing & Production

All orders are custom printed and prepared after purchase.
Production time typically takes 2–5 business days before an order ships.
Production times may vary during high-volume periods such as holidays or promotions.

Shipping Timeframes

Once your order ships, delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

  • U.S. Orders: Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after shipment

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your location
  • The number of items in your order
  • The selected shipping method

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

Separate Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive at different times. This helps ensure faster fulfillment and accurate delivery.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carriers
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Weather events or other circumstances beyond our control

Incorrect Address or Returned Packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, reshipping fees may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

At Gila Prints, all products are made to order. Please review the information below carefully before initiating a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required
Items returned outside this window or not meeting these conditions may be refused.

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which is deducted from the refund amount. This fee helps cover production, handling, and processing costs for made-to-order items.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Items ordered in the wrong size
  • Items ordered in the wrong color or style
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Sale or promotional items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include clear photos of the issue, and we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at admin@gilaprints.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for return authorization and instructions
  3. Ship the item back using the provided instructions
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed minus the 20% restocking fee
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

  1. Contact admin@gilaprints.com with your order number and requested exchange details
  2. Once approved, return the original item following the return instructions
  3. After the returned item is received and approved, the replacement item will be produced and shipped
Exchanges are subject to availability. Any price differences or additional shipping costs may apply.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Packages returned due to incorrect addresses or refusal may be refunded minus the 20% restocking fee and any additional shipping costs.
